Clinical Supervision

Individual Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision at Mosaic Bloom Counseling provides a supportive, enriching space for therapists working toward licensure. Drawing from extensive clinical experience and a feminist, culturally responsive framework, we offer supervision that nurtures both your clinical skills and your authentic development as a practitioner. Our individual supervision integrates trauma-informed approaches, identity-affirming care, and social justice perspectives to help you build confidence in your therapeutic work. Through an intersectional lens, we examine the complexities of privilege, power, and identity in therapeutic relationships while developing your clinical expertise across multiple modalities including trauma therapy, CBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, and IFS-informed therapy. Weekly and biweekly options are available, with the flexibility to meet virtually or in our office. Individual supervision is $80 per hour.

BIPOC Clinical Supervision Group

Join a supportive weekly virtual supervision group created specifically for BIPOC therapists working toward licensure in PA, NJ, and DE.  Supervision is facilitated through an anti-racist, feminist, and trauma-informed lens, integrating EMDR and Internal Family Systems approaches. This creates an environment where supervisees can bring their whole selves to the conversation while developing their clinical expertise.

Deep Clinical Processing

We create space for thoughtful exploration of clinical work, countertransference, and the unique dynamics BIPOC therapists navigate. Through collaborative discussion and case consultation, we deepen our therapeutic presence and clinical understanding.

Cultural Wisdom

We honor the cultural knowledge, ancestral strengths, and lived experiences that BIPOC clinicians bring to their therapeutic work. This wisdom enriches our clinical perspectives and strengthens our ability to serve our communities.

Professional Community

We foster meaningful connections among BIPOC therapists who understand the complexities of navigating the mental health field. Together, we build a supportive network for authentic sharing, mutual growth, and collective resilience.

Identity Affirmation

We celebrate the fullness of our intersecting identities as BIPOC mental health professionals. This is a space where your experiences are validated, your voice is amplified, and your professional growth is nurtured.
